The SouthAsia Forum has nominated Faisal Siddiqui as its new Secretary General. The private-sector think tank was established in 1996 to promote informed discussion on regional and global issues.

Siddiqui brings extensive experience in corporate communications, public affairs and advocacy. In addition, his background includes reputation building and strategic communications. Therefore, his appointment is expected to strengthen the Forum’s efforts to promote meaningful dialogue across South Asia.

Meanwhile, the Forum will continue examining the social, cultural, business, economic and political developments shaping the region.

Chairman Welcomes Faisal Siddiqui
