ABU DHABI, UAE, October 20, 2026: Binance has launched Qafila 2026, a regional initiative offering eligible users across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan access to activities and a total reward pool of $1 million in USDC.

The initiative aims to connect users across the region as their financial needs expand beyond cryptocurrency trading to include earning, payments, education and access to global financial markets.

According to Binance’s internal data, users aged 18–29 account for 54% of its user base in Pakistan. Across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan (MENAP), the same age group represents 50% of users.

These figures highlight the role of younger adults in the region’s growing digital finance sector.

Binance Reports Growing Use of Financial Products

Binance’s data also indicates that users are exploring more services across its platform.

The company said 52.9% of verified users across MENAP had engaged with at least two Binance product categories. These include trading, earning, payments, Binance Square and Binance Academy.

Globally, 77% of Binance users are based in emerging markets, compared with 49% in 2020, according to the company.

Binance Research findings also point to growing participation among younger users in traditional financial markets through digital platforms. Gen Z accounted for 44% of Binance Direct Stocks and bStocks users, while its share of new traditional finance (TradFi) users increased from 41% in January to 47% in July 2026.

The findings reflect changing user preferences and highlight the importance of financial education, access and product choice.

Qafila Promotes a Broader Digital Finance Ecosystem

Qafila supports Binance’s vision of “All Finance on Binance,” which aims to bring digital assets, traditional financial markets and everyday financial tools together within one ecosystem.

The name Qafila refers to a caravan, reflecting the idea of people moving forward together while pursuing individual goals. Binance said the initiative draws on a concept familiar across Arabic- and Urdu-speaking communities.

Users Can Earn Rewards Through Platform Activities

Eligible participants can join activities involving Binance products, including trading, Simple Earn and community referrals.

The initiative offers a total reward pool of $1 million in USDC. However, tasks, eligibility requirements and rewards may vary by market and user. Participation depends on local availability and applicable terms, and rewards are not guaranteed for every participant.

Binance said the initiative reflects its effort to respond to users’ changing needs through financial tools, education and community engagement.

How Binance Compiled the Data

Binance said its regional demographic figures come from internal user data for MENAP. The figures show that users aged 18–29 account for 50% of the regional user base and 54% of the user base in Pakistan.

The company’s multi-product adoption figures are based on platform data collected through October 2026. The analysis covers verified users who have engaged with at least two of 12 product categories.

These categories include Spot, Convert, Futures, Margin, Earn, Equities, bStocks, Alpha, Binance Square, Binance Academy, Binance Pay and peer-to-peer trading.

Binance said the figures reflect historical product usage and do not necessarily indicate simultaneous or ongoing activity.
