The company has consistently ranked among the leading organizations in the PBC-IFC programme.

Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of JazzWorld, said women’s inclusion has both social and economic importance.
“Women’s inclusion is not only a social imperative; it is an economic imperative.”
He said Pakistan’s digital economy is expanding while artificial intelligence is changing the way businesses work and create value.
Ibrahim added that women need opportunities to participate, develop their skills and move into leadership roles.
JazzWorld says its approach goes beyond hiring more women. The company wants to provide meaningful career progression and professional development.
Women can access opportunities across different business functions. The company also aims to help employees take on greater responsibilities and leadership positions.
According to Ibrahim, the third top ranking is a significant achievement. However, he said the recognition also increases the company’s responsibility to continue improving.
He described the award as a reflection of progress rather than a final destination.
The Pakistan Business Council (PBC) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) organize the “Employer of Choice” Gender Diversity Awards.
The programme evaluates participating companies through its Gender Diversity and Disclosure Scorecard. The framework measures workplace policies, practices and progress related to gender diversity and inclusion.
The scorecard is also updated to reflect changing workplace practices.
JazzWorld said it will continue working to make inclusion part of everyday workplace opportunities. The company aims to provide women with access to meaningful roles, professional development and leadership pathways.
As JazzWorld expands into a broader digital ecosystem, the company views women’s participation as an important part of its future workforce strategy.
It says diverse talent, perspectives and leadership will remain important as Pakistan’s digital economy continues to evolve.
