LAHORE: Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and Official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, has launched a next-generation audience measurement and intelligence ecosystem covering television, digital and connected TV.
The launch took place at The Nishat Hotel, Lahore, alongside a Boltlike-hosted industry discussion titled “The Audience We Think We Know – One Audience. Many Screens.”
The event brought together representatives from PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers and OTT platforms to discuss changing audience behaviour and the need for more comprehensive measurement across multiple screens.
As audiences increasingly shift between television, YouTube, social video, streaming services and connected screens, Boltlike unveiled three propositions aimed at providing a broader understanding of audience behaviour.
BoltTAM is a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform designed to measure television viewing at the individual-viewer level through a representative audience panel.
BoltAI is Pakistan’s independent digital audience intelligence platform, monitoring and analysing millions of videos and audience signals across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other major digital platforms.
The platform tracks newly published content and audience engagement at scale. Its cross-platform de-duplication between YouTube and Facebook is designed to identify overlapping audiences rather than simply combining platform figures, providing a clearer picture of audience engagement and attention.
BoltCTV is a connected television proposition that brings live TV, on-demand content and apps together through a smart connected-TV experience while creating a measurable connected-screen environment.
Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group, said audiences had not disappeared but had moved across different screens.
“The challenge is no longer a shortage of data. It is making sense of billions of fragmented audience signals,” he said.
Qureshi said Boltlike aimed to move beyond measuring ratings, views and followers separately towards a more comprehensive understanding of what audiences watch, what engages them, how they overlap across platforms and where their attention is shifting.

The Boltlike panel featured two discussions, “The Viewer” and “The Currency,” focusing on changing audience behaviour and the evolving role of audience measurement in media and advertising.
“The Viewer” examined audience behaviour across television, streaming, digital and social platforms. Participants included Umair Masoom, Founder and Group CEO of myco Holdings; Waqas Junaid, Director Digital Products and Strategy at Jazz; Arij Awais, Director Marketing & Growth at foodpanda; and Farhan Khan, CEO of Z2C Limited.
“The Currency” focused on how audiences are measured and how those measurements influence media planning, buying and advertising investment.
The panel featured Sikander Choudry, Executive Member of PEMRA; Jerjees Seja, CEO of ARY Digital Network; Ateeq Ur Rehman, CEO of WPP Media; and Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions.
Faisal Paracha, Managing Director of Boltlike Solutions, said the three platforms offered different perspectives on audience behaviour while creating an opportunity to make those signals more useful collectively.
“BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV each provide a different lens on the audience,” he said. “The opportunity is to make those signals increasingly useful together, while remaining independent of the buying and selling of media.”
Both discussions were moderated by Maryam Wazirzada, Managing Partner at iris & FranklinCovey Pakistan.
