Standard Chartered Pakistan participated in EMAAR Pakistan’s Broker Night in Karachi, where the bank engaged with leading real estate brokers and presented its home financing solutions along with its dedicated customer support model. The event forms part of the bank’s broader strategy to expand access to premium real estate opportunities through its longstanding collaboration with EMAAR.

More than 100 words into the initiative, Home Finance remained the central focus as brokers received detailed insights into Standard Chartered’s mortgage products, enabling them to better guide clients throughout the property buying process. The bank recently earned recognition from Euromoney as Pakistan’s Best Bank for Mortgages, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted financing partner for homebuyers and property investors.
Saadya Riaz, Head of Wealth and Retail Banking at Standard Chartered Pakistan, said brokers play a vital role as trusted advisers during a client’s property journey. She added that the partnership combines EMAAR’s premium real estate developments with the bank’s award-winning financing solutions, allowing customers to make informed decisions with greater confidence while simplifying the path to home ownership.
EMAAR Pakistan Chief Executive Officer Aziz Jindani said Pakistan’s housing finance sector remains significantly underdeveloped relative to the country’s economy. He noted that many young families in Pakistan and abroad have the financial capacity to secure a mortgage but often struggle to find suitable banking partners.
Jindani said Standard Chartered’s Home Finance facility will help eligible families purchase homes in EMAAR Pakistan’s newly completed high-rise residential projects, The Views and Panorama, offering more opportunities for buyers seeking premium residential properties.
The collaboration builds on a longstanding relationship between Standard Chartered and EMAAR across several international markets. By combining EMAAR’s large-scale real estate developments with the bank’s cross-border banking expertise and financing capabilities, the partnership aims to provide a stronger value proposition for customers both in Pakistan and overseas.
As one of Pakistan’s leading international banks, Standard Chartered said it remains committed to supporting clients with tailored financing solutions that help them achieve their property ownership and long-term investment goals.
