Sindh Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has directed relevant departments and officials to take timely action on public complaints raised by citizens and elected representatives from different areas.
Citizens and public representatives met with Memon in Karachi on Saturday and briefed him about various issues affecting their localities. Following the meeting, the minister instructed concerned authorities to take immediate steps to address the grievances.
He also directed officials to provide all possible cooperation to resolve the issues and ensure timely relief for the affected communities.
Memon assured the visitors that the Sindh government remains committed to taking practical measures to address public concerns and improve service delivery.
Speaking during the meeting, Memon said public service remains the top priority of the Sindh government.
He said the provincial government is taking practical measures to improve key sectors while also working to provide maximum facilities to citizens.

According to Memon, the government has made significant improvements in Sindh’s healthcare system. He also highlighted initiatives in the transport and education sectors.
The senior minister said several important initiatives are underway to strengthen public services across the province.
He added that sports grounds are also being revitalised. The government is providing young people with more opportunities to develop and showcase their talents.
Memon stressed that direct interaction between citizens and the government plays an important role in resolving public issues.
Therefore, he said, relevant institutions have been kept mobilised to respond to public concerns and take necessary action.
He reaffirmed that the Sindh government would continue taking all possible measures to address grievances, provide relief and ensure timely resolution of public complaints.
