ABHI Microfinance Bank has partnered with SOS Group and South Air to introduce Advance Salary solutions for their employees.

The initiative will allow employees to access a portion of their earned salary when they need it. The solution aims to provide greater flexibility in managing everyday financial needs.

The partnership focuses on giving workers more control over their earned income. It also supports wider access to practical financial services.

The agreement was signed by Sohail Khan, Group Advisor at SOS Group, and Mariam Pervaiz, Chief Innovation & Financial Inclusion Officer at ABHI Microfinance Bank.

Kabeer Naqvi, Entrepreneur in Residence at ABHI Group, and Kanwar Muhammad Tariq, Group Chairman, attended the signing ceremony.

The Advance Salary solution can help employees manage short-term financial requirements without waiting for their regular payday. It gives workers greater flexibility over when they access income they have already earned.
