Rally Highlights Need for Community Action

The rally sent a message of hope and solidarity across Karachi. Participants highlighted the need to protect every child from polio, a vaccine-preventable disease that can cause permanent paralysis.

Rotary and its partners pledged to continue supporting eradication efforts until Pakistan achieves its goal of ending polio.

The district also thanked event partners PSO and SCG for their support. It acknowledged the contributions of the Sindh Health Department, EOC Sindh and the Pakistan Polio Eradication Programme.

Organisers also recognised the event committee, Rotary team members, support staff, volunteers and cycling group administrators. Their efforts helped coordinate the route, safety arrangements and morning logistics.

The rally concluded at Port Grand with an awareness session honouring polio frontline workers. Participants then joined a fellowship gathering and complimentary breakfast.

The closing event renewed the commitment to protecting Pakistan’s children and supporting the country’s polio eradication campaign.
