Eleven teenagers were wounded in a shooting at a birthday gathering in the US state of Georgia, according to local authorities and media reports.
The shooting happened around midnight at Carolyn Crayton Park in Macon, about 137 kilometres southeast of Atlanta.
CBS News reported that the gathering was taking place at the park when the shooting occurred.
The victims included four 18-year-old men, two 18-year-old women and five 17-year-old boys.
An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy remained in critical condition. The other nine victims were reported to be stable.
Bibb County Sheriff David Davis said the gathering appeared to be a birthday party.
The event had initially been planned at another location before attendees moved to the park.

According to Davis, another group later arrived at the park.
An argument then broke out between the two groups. The dispute escalated into gunfire, the sheriff said.
All 11 wounded people were part of the birthday gathering.
Authorities had made no arrests at the time of the reports.
The FBI is assisting local authorities with the investigation because of the number of people involved.
However, Davis said evidence gathered so far indicated that the shooting was a local incident.
Investigators are continuing to collect evidence and determine what led to the confrontation.
Authorities have not announced any arrests or identified a suspect.
