LOS ANGELES, September 26, 2026: Actor Adam Brody has spoken publicly about the Israel-Gaza conflict in a new interview with GQ.
Brody said the conflict had changed some of his political views. He also acknowledged that he had previously discussed the issue privately rather than publicly.
“Put me down as thinking it’s a genocide. Put me down as wanting a free Palestine,” Brody said in the interview.
He also spoke about the death and suffering caused by the conflict. Brody said he hoped a future US administration could change policies that he believes have contributed to the situation.
Brody said recent political events had exposed beliefs within Hollywood that he had not previously recognised.
He cited the Israel-Gaza conflict, the COVID-19 pandemic and a second Trump presidency as developments that had changed his perspective.
The actor has volunteered with political organisers in the United States. However, he said his views on Israel-Gaza had largely remained private until the latest interview.
His comments have drawn attention because Brody plays Rabbi Noah Roklov in Nobody Wants This, a Netflix romantic comedy centred on relationships, faith and family.
Brody is preparing to return as Noah in the third season of Nobody Wants This.
Netflix has confirmed that all 10 episodes of Season 3 will premiere on October 22, 2026.
The new season follows Noah and Joanne as they move in together and begin a new stage of their relationship.
Kristen Bell returns as Joanne, an agnostic podcaster who falls in love with Noah.
The third season will explore the couple’s life together after the events of Season 2.

Season 3 will introduce several new recurring characters.
Andrew Rannells, Keyla Monterroso Mejia and Sarah Silverman are joining the cast in major recurring roles.
Avan Jogia, Poorna Jagannathan, Sadie Sandler, Stephanie Koenig and Steven Weber will also appear as guest stars. Creator Erin Foster is also set to make a cameo.
Netflix says the new season will focus on Noah and Joanne’s relationship while also developing storylines involving their friends and family.
Brody has received two Golden Globe nominations for his performance as Noah.
The series was created by Erin Foster and stars Brody alongside Bell.
The upcoming season marks the latest chapter in the Netflix romantic comedy, while Brody’s comments on Gaza add a new dimension to his public profile ahead of its October return.
