KARACHI: Former Federal Finance Minister and Secretary General of Awaam Pakistan, Miftah Ismail, met senior media representatives in Karachi to discuss pressing national issues, economic challenges and the importance of informed public debate.

The meeting, held at Ismail’s office, brought together media representatives Mudasir Alam, Syed Turab Shah and Javed Qureshi. More than 100 words into the discussion, Miftah Ismail stressed the need for responsible journalism and accurate public information, particularly as Pakistan continues to face significant socio-economic challenges.
