The company said the recognition supports its fourth promise to Pakistan: “Offer Latest Global Specification.”
The MG4 EV Urban was named Best Small Electric Car of the Year by British automotive publication What Car?
The award recognises the model’s position in the growing electric vehicle market.

The All-New MG HS Super Hybrid also earned two major UK accolades.
Auto Express named it Best Plug-in Hybrid of the Year. What Car? also recognised it as Best Hybrid Car of the Year.
The awards add to the model’s international recognition in the plug-in hybrid and hybrid segments.
The MG ZS Hybrid+ received recognition from automotive media in Australia and Spain.
Australian publication WhichCar? named it Best Small SUV of the Year. Spanish automotive media Carwow also named it Best Hybrid Car of the Year.
MG said the three models demonstrate its presence across key electrified vehicle technologies:
MG4 EV Urban: Electric
All-New MG HS Super Hybrid: Plug-in Hybrid
MG ZS Hybrid+: Hybrid
The company said the international awards provide further validation of the products it plans to offer Pakistani customers.
MG Motor Pakistan CEO Jianqiang Shao said the awards validate the products MG is bringing to customers worldwide and in Pakistan.
He said the company’s promise to offer the latest global specification focuses on automotive technology, safety, design and performance.
MG said it will continue working on its Seven Promises to Pakistan. The company described “Offer Latest Global Specification” as a commitment to bringing globally competitive products and technologies to Pakistani customers.
