Karachi Weather is expected to remain cloudy after the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecast drizzle and light rain in parts of the city.
The PMD said Karachi recorded a minimum temperature of 28.5°C, while the maximum temperature is likely to reach 35°C. Humidity stands at 75%, making conditions warm despite the expected rainfall.
Winds are blowing at around 11km/h, while gusts of 30 to 35km/h are expected in different parts of the city during the day.
Meanwhile, intermittent rainfall continued across several districts of Punjab and Islamabad, bringing relief from hot and humid weather.

In Shakargarh, Kartarpur and nearby areas, rain fell at intervals throughout the day. The rainfall caused several WAPDA feeders to trip, disrupting electricity supply in some localities. However, the showers also lowered temperatures and reduced humidity.
In Attock and surrounding areas, rain continued overnight and lasted for several hours. Continuous showers created pleasant weather, although water accumulated on some roads.
Authorities said the current weather system is likely to remain active for the next three days. Rescue teams and other relevant departments have been placed on alert to respond to emergencies, including urban flooding and waterlogging.
Islamabad also received rainfall for the second consecutive day, with intermittent showers continuing overnight. Some parts of the capital experienced heavy rain in the early morning before lighter drizzle followed later.
The rainfall also enhanced the scenery around the Margalla Hills, where low clouds covered the hilltops. Increased water inflow into Rawal Dam and the sight of birds and ducks around the reservoir added to the area’s picturesque landscape.
