Iqra University’s Department of Media Science has staged Media Unveiled 2026, showcasing a diverse collection of advertising, media and design projects.

The exhibition highlighted the creative skills and practical abilities of students from different semesters.

Final-year BS Media Science Advertising students presented their thesis projects as part of the exhibition. Their work covered app design, product design and service concepts.

The projects emerged from a year-long research and creative development process. Students explored contemporary advertising trends, user experience and practical problem-solving.

Students Showcase Advertising Projects

The final-year projects reflected different approaches to advertising and design.

Students developed concepts with a focus on functionality, visual appeal and user needs. Their work also demonstrated how research can shape creative solutions.

Art Direction Projects Highlight Visual Storytelling

Students also presented a range of Art Direction projects at the exhibition.

The projects were developed under the guidance of Mr. Irfan Ul Haq.

Students explored several elements of visual storytelling. These included set design, props, costumes, colour, composition, camera angles and lighting.

Their work showed how different visual elements can work together to create a strong narrative.

The projects also reflected students’ understanding of creative planning and production techniques.

Interior Design Project Demonstrates Practical Skills

The exhibition also featured an Interior Design project supervised by Ms. Samina Mumtaz.

Students developed the setup using timber wood and stage materials.

The project demonstrated their skills in design planning, material selection and spatial arrangement.

It also highlighted their ability to turn creative concepts into practical designs.

Media Unveiled 2026 brought together work from different areas of media and design. The exhibition highlighted the range of creative opportunities available to students in media education.
