Pakistani singer and actor Danyal Zafar, also known as Danny Zee, has announced a temporary break from professional commitments after reaching what he described as a “breaking point” following two years of an exhausting work schedule.

In a statement shared on Instagram Stories on Sunday, the artist said he had spent the past two years travelling almost continuously between film and television shoots, live performances, album recordings and other professional engagements. He added that he often spent only a few days in one place before moving on to the next commitment.

“Managing two careers simultaneously is a tumultuous feat,” he wrote, acknowledging the toll the demanding routine had taken on him.

The announcement highlights the challenges of balancing acting and music careers while maintaining an intense work schedule.

Busy Schedule Across Television and Music

Danyal has recently appeared in leading roles in two television dramas, Raqaas and Zanjeerain. Alongside his acting projects, he has continued working on his music career and promoting his upcoming studio album, STORMS & serenity.

The album is scheduled for release on Saturday, according to the announcement provided.

Earlier this month, Danyal also spoke about the physical strain of his demanding routine. In a social media post dated October 6, he revealed that a bout of fever had left him feeling exhausted.

At the time, he said he had gone 415 days without a day off and acknowledged the need to rest.

His latest announcement confirms that he intends to step back from professional responsibilities for the time being, placing recovery ahead of his ongoing projects.
