The selection process involved several stages. Initially, 302 candidates were shortlisted for assessment centres. From this group, 100 advanced to panel interviews.

The bank then shortlisted 52 high-potential candidates as finalists. Following the final selection process, 19 individuals secured places in the Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2026.

The selected candidates will join the bank’s talent development initiative. The program aims to prepare them for future leadership roles through professional development and exposure to different banking functions.

Bank Alfalah Highlights Investment in Young Talent

Commenting on the milestone, Faisal Farooq Khan, Chief Human Resource Officer at Bank Alfalah, highlighted the importance of developing young professionals.

“At Bank Alfalah, investing in young talent is integral to our way forward. The Alfa Lead Program reflects our commitment to building future-ready leaders who will contribute meaningfully to the Bank and Pakistan’s financial sector,” Khan said.

The program forms part of the bank’s broader focus on talent development. Through training and mentorship, it seeks to equip emerging professionals with the skills needed to contribute to the organisation and Pakistan’s financial industry.

Bank Alfalah launched the initiative in 2015. Since then, the program has continued to serve as a pathway for graduates seeking careers in banking and financial services.
