Singer and actress Suki Waterhouse has confirmed that she and actor Robert Pattinson have not married, putting an end to speculation about a secret wedding.

However, Waterhouse has hinted that the couple could eventually celebrate their marriage with a large gathering rather than a private ceremony.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, published on November 1, Waterhouse discussed their wedding plans. She explained that they had considered holding a major celebration but had not settled on a date.

“It would either be all or nothing,” she said of their wedding. “If we were going to go for it we’d have a massive party, blow it out.”

Waterhouse added that their plans were currently on hold until after the end of the year. Both have demanding work schedules, which have made arranging a celebration difficult.

Speculation about a secret marriage began in January 2025. Actress Sharon Stone referred to Pattinson as Waterhouse’s “husband”, prompting rumours that the couple had already exchanged vows.

Waterhouse has now clarified that they remain engaged and have not yet married.

The couple began dating in 2018 and have been together for nearly a decade. Reflecting on their relationship, Waterhouse expressed happiness about their life together.

“It is almost a decade and that is a beautiful thing,” she said. “It’s a thing that I go, ‘I can’t believe I have this in my life and I can’t believe that I’m so happy.'”

Waterhouse Opens Up About Parenthood

Waterhouse and Pattinson also share a daughter, who was born in March 2024.

Discussing their family life, Waterhouse said she felt confident about how they were raising their daughter. She acknowledged that their circumstances were unusual but described both parents as deeply connected to their child.

“I feel good about how we’re doing it and we are both just so connected to her,” she said. “She’s such a wonderful, happy girl.”

Although the couple have not announced a wedding date, Waterhouse’s comments suggest that a larger celebration remains a possibility.
