Secretary Cooperatives Naveed Haider Shirazi chaired a Senior Management Conference at The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) on Friday, focusing on institutional modernization, management performance and organizational development.

During the conference, Shirazi held individual discussions with participants about their respective responsibilities and performance. He also offered guidance and constructive suggestions to improve the bank’s overall effectiveness.

The meeting aimed to modernize PPCBL in line with contemporary standards, strengthen its administrative and professional capabilities, and support future milestones in institutional growth and development.
