Judicial Complex Case proceedings took a new turn on Monday as an Islamabad anti-terrorism court ordered authorities to produce PTI founder Imran Khan at the next hearing.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra directed that Khan be presented either physically or through video link. The court is hearing the case registered against Khan and other PTI leaders over the alleged attack on the Judicial Complex in Islamabad.
The court adjourned further proceedings until November 5.
During the hearing, the court declared former federal ministers Farah Habib, Hammad Azhar, Murad Saeed and Shibli Faraz proclaimed offenders.

Authorities were also directed to provide details of their properties, according to the court order.
Meanwhile, the ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Punjab Assembly deputy speaker Wasiq Qayyum and PTI MPA Hassan Khan Niazi.
The case against the PTI leaders was registered at Ramna Police Station in Islamabad.
The latest proceedings come amid a series of court actions involving PTI leaders in cases registered in Islamabad. Recent ATC proceedings have also involved arrest warrants and appearance orders against party figures in separate cases.
