Reportage Pakistan Begins Construction of Gulberg III Residential Project

LAHORE: Reportage Pakistan has started construction of its residential project, Reportage Residences, in Block B3, Gulberg III, Lahore.

The company marked the start of construction with a groundbreaking ceremony at the project site on Saturday. Company officials, business partners, real estate professionals, stakeholders and other guests attended the event.

The development marks a new phase in Reportage Pakistan’s expansion in Lahore’s real estate market.

Construction Begins After Project Launch

Reportage Pakistan acquired the project land on February 12, 2026. The company then introduced Reportage Residences through a soft launch on April 25.

Reportage Pakistan CEO Nofal Mughal said the company had promised to start construction by mid-September. He said the company had now fulfilled that commitment.

Mughal described the construction launch as an important milestone. He said it demonstrated the company’s commitment to customers, business partners and other stakeholders.

The project also gained a physical presence with the opening of a dedicated site office on June 5. The office allows prospective buyers, investors and partners to meet the project team.

LDA Approves Reportage Residences

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) approved Reportage Residences on August 25.

The approval, issued under Vide No. LDA/IDTP-III/4517, represents another key regulatory milestone for the development.

Located in Gulberg III, the project sits in one of Lahore’s established commercial and residential areas.

Project to Offer 100 Apartments

Reportage Residences will comprise 100 apartments.

The development will include:

  • 50 one-bedroom apartments
  • 50 two-bedroom apartments
  • Infinity pool
  • Gymnasium
  • Padel court
  • Rooftop restaurant
  • Rooftop barbecue area
  • Children’s play area
  • Prayer area
  • EV charging facility
  • Dedicated parking

The project will also provide electricity backup and 24-hour security surveillance.

These facilities aim to combine residential living with recreational and lifestyle amenities within the development.

Reportage Expands Pakistan Presence

Reportage Pakistan forms part of the international Reportage Group, which operates in the real estate development sector across international markets.

The company said it plans to apply its international development experience to projects in Pakistan. At the same time, it aims to tailor its developments to local market requirements.

The start of construction strengthens the company’s presence in Lahore and moves Reportage Residences into its next stage of development.
