DWP Group has celebrated the successful completion of its Tameer-e-Mustaqbal Summer Internship Program 2026.

The company marked the occasion with a graduation ceremony at Raya Golf & Country Club in Lahore.

The event brought together interns, mentors, HR representatives and senior leadership. It marked the completion of an intensive professional learning journey.

36 Interns Complete the Program

The Summer Batch 2026 included 36 interns from across Pakistan.

The group included 17 interns in Lahore, 10 in Karachi and nine in Islamabad.

During the program, the interns gained practical corporate experience. They also worked on real-world assignments.

Senior Leadership Attends Graduation

Several members of DWP Group’s senior leadership attended the graduation ceremony.

They included Rohail Bashir, COO – Tech Division; Munib Khawaja, BU Head – SDE; Shakeela Qureshi, Head of HR; and Shoaib Younus, Head of Marketing.

Mentors who supported the interns throughout the program also attended the event.

The ceremony provided an opportunity to celebrate the interns’ progress. It also recognised their dedication and professional growth.

DWP Group presented certificates to the interns for successfully completing the program.

Mentors Support Young Talent

The mentors played an important role throughout the internship.

They included Hassan Javed, Muhammad Ejaz, Shakeel Javed, Shoaib Fazil, Umar Aziz, Usman Ahmad, Zahid Hussain, Imran Jabbar and Mohammad Abbas Rizvi.

The mentors guided the interns through their assignments. They also helped participants develop practical skills and understand professional challenges.

Their support formed an important part of the internship experience.
