The book-building process recorded an eight-times oversubscription. Investors also pushed the issue price to PKR 23 per unit.
The final price stood 28% above the floor price. The offering raised PKR 1 billion in equity.
The strong demand highlights growing investor confidence in the Naya Nazimabad development. It also reflects rising interest in Pakistan’s real estate investment market.
The REIT will open its general public subscription on September 7 and 8, 2026.
The public portion represents 25% of the total offer. The book-building process covers the remaining 75%.
Individual investors will therefore get an opportunity to participate in the offering during the public subscription period.
