Syed Zeeshan Ali, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Data Vault Pakistan, signed the agreement with Muhammad Jhanghir, Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Technology (Pvt) Ltd. They said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to building advanced digital infrastructure for Pakistan.
The partnership places Sovereign AI at the center of Pakistan’s digital transformation strategy. Data Vault Pakistan will provide AI Model-as-a-Service (MaaS), GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), sovereign cloud, hybrid cloud, AI-ready data centers, and high-performance computing (HPC).
The company will also manage cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and machine learning operations (MLOps). These services will help government agencies and private businesses deploy AI securely and efficiently.
Galaxy Technology will strengthen the initiative through its nationwide Information and Communications Technology (ICT) network. The company will provide connectivity, network integration, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable cloud operations across Pakistan.
Company leaders said the partnership will keep critical national data and advanced AI workloads inside Pakistan. They believe local hosting will improve security, strengthen digital resilience, and support long-term technological independence.
