Iran Conflict intensified on Wednesday after Iran claimed it launched a new wave of drone attacks on US military bases in Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait, while US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Washington remains willing to negotiate if Tehran shows genuine interest in talks.
The latest developments came as the United States carried out its 11th consecutive night of airstrikes on Iranian military targets and tensions continued to disrupt global energy markets.
Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB said the military targeted the Al-Azraq US base in Jordan and Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain.
According to the report, drones struck housing facilities, equipment storage sites, aircraft maintenance workshops and military warehouses.
Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency also reported that Iranian forces launched drone strikes against Camp Doha in western Kuwait, targeting ammunition depots and logistical facilities used by US forces.

Jordan and Bahrain did not immediately confirm the reported attacks.
Earlier, both countries said their air defence systems intercepted Iranian missiles and drones before they reached their targets.
Speaking in Manila during a meeting of Southeast Asian foreign ministers, Marco Rubio said the United States remains committed to diplomacy but questioned Iran’s willingness to negotiate.
Rubio said Washington would continue pursuing talks if Tehran demonstrated serious intent.
He also warned against any attempt by Iran to control the Strait of Hormuz, saying such a move would threaten international shipping and create a dangerous global precedent.
The US military confirmed it completed another round of strikes against Iranian military infrastructure late Tuesday.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) said the operation targeted military command centres, drone storage facilities, aircraft hangars, logistics sites and maritime capabilities.
The strikes lasted about 75 minutes and aimed to reduce Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian media reported explosions in Tehran, Bushehr, Chabahar, Konarak and parts of Ilam Province.
Officials in Bushehr said a missile strike damaged an electrical substation serving the province, although power was restored within hours. Authorities reported no casualties.
The conflict continued to affect global energy markets.
Three oil tankers carrying Saudi crude for China and India reversed course in the Red Sea after Yemen’s Houthis threatened to attack ships transporting Saudi oil.
The Houthis also warned they could block the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, a vital shipping route linking the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden.
Meanwhile, French shipping company CMA CGM announced an emergency surcharge of $65 to $165 per container, citing sharply higher fuel costs caused by tensions in the Strait of Hormuz.
Brent crude remained above $91 a barrel, while US gasoline prices climbed above $4 per gallon.
President Donald Trump said 18 US service members have been killed since the conflict began, including four troops killed in recent attacks on American military bases in Jordan and Iraq.
Iran’s Health Ministry said recent US strikes killed 50 civilians and wounded 500 others.
Diplomatic efforts continue despite the fighting.
A senior Iranian official said mediators have proposed a 10-day ceasefire, while Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni has asked Pakistan to continue mediation efforts.
However, continued airstrikes, drone attacks and threats to key maritime routes have raised fears that the conflict could expand further across the Middle East.
