Participants took part in challenges designed to improve resilience, confidence, emotional intelligence, and decision-making abilities.
Toyota Maimaar 2026, organised by Youth Impact, brought together 87 young women aged between 16 and 25 years.
The participants represented 27 districts and more than 45 universities across Pakistan. The programme created opportunities for young women from different backgrounds to work together and strengthen their leadership skills.
Youth Impact used an experiential learning approach that encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones and develop practical leadership abilities.
IMC said the initiative reflects its long-term commitment to education, women’s empowerment, and youth development under its Concern Beyond Cars programme.
As Toyota marks 35 years of operations in Pakistan, the company said it continues to support initiatives that help young people achieve their potential and contribute positively to society.
Ali Asghar Jamali, Chief Executive Officer of IMC, said the company is proud to become the first Title Sponsor of Toyota Maimaar. He added that the programme provides young girls with opportunities to build leadership skills, confidence, and resilience beyond traditional classrooms.
He said investing in youth development can help create a more inclusive and prosperous Pakistan.
