EIGHTEEN has inaugurated its direct entry and exit connection from the M-1/M-2 Link Road, improving access to the integrated lifestyle development near Islamabad. The new route is expected to provide faster and more convenient travel for residents, visitors and guests while supporting the project’s long-term growth.
The newly opened access point marks a significant infrastructure milestone for EIGHTEEN. The development said the direct connection will improve accessibility and strengthen its position as one of Pakistan’s leading mixed-use lifestyle destinations.
EIGHTEEN thanked the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) for supporting strategic investment initiatives. The company also acknowledged the National Highway Authority (NHA) for approving the direct entry and exit and for providing technical guidance throughout the approval process.
Dr Mohamed Mansour, Chief Executive Officer of EIGHTEEN, described the new access route as a major step in the project’s development.
“The approval of the direct entry and exit from the M-1/M-2 Link Road marks a defining milestone in EIGHTEEN’s development journey and reflects the constructive collaboration between EIGHTEEN and the relevant government authorities,” he said.

He also thanked the Ministry of Communications, the Government of Pakistan, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s administration for supporting an investment-friendly environment that encourages foreign direct investment and strengthens investor confidence.
EIGHTEEN said the improved road connectivity reinforces the confidence of its international sponsors and investors. The company added that the infrastructure upgrade reflects its long-term commitment to Pakistan and its vision of delivering a world-class lifestyle destination.
The development said easier access will enhance the experience for residents and visitors while supporting future commercial and residential growth.
Officials added that the project aims to contribute to Pakistan’s broader economic development by attracting international investment and promoting modern urban infrastructure.
