Wealth University has signed a strategic growth agreement with BABSOL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED to expand its educational offerings and accelerate business growth. The university is led by Chief Operating Officer Muhammad Anas Ali.
Under the agreement, Babsol will support the university’s expansion by providing financial resources, technology expertise, digital marketing and business development support.
The deal links Babsol’s potential ownership stake to the university’s cumulative qualifying revenue. Babsol will become eligible for a 20% ownership stake after the business achieves $5 million in cumulative qualifying revenue.
That potential stake could rise to 40% if the university reaches $10 million in cumulative qualifying revenue by December 31, 2027.
