OxfordAQA emphasised that educational success involves more than academic performance. Students also need support, confidence and practical skills to manage the demands of their education.
Speaking at the event, Salma Adil, Director of OxfordAQA Pakistan, highlighted the importance of student wellbeing in education.
“Student wellbeing is an essential part of a meaningful educational experience. While academic achievement remains important, students are best placed to succeed when they feel supported, understood, and able to manage the challenges they encounter both inside and outside the classroom. Initiatives such as KGS Wellness Connect create valuable opportunities for educators and wellbeing practitioners to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and explore practical approaches that strengthen support for students. OxfordAQA is pleased to contribute to these important conversations and support efforts that place wellbeing at the heart of education,” she said.
OxfordAQA’s participation in KGS Wellness Connect reflects its commitment to supporting educators and school communities. The organisation aims to encourage dialogue, shared learning and initiatives that connect student wellbeing with personal development and academic achievement.
Through such engagements, OxfordAQA seeks to help schools respond to students’ changing needs. These efforts also highlight the importance of creating supportive environments where young people can learn, develop and thrive.
