JBS and Mercantile Partner to Expand Apple Enterprise Access in Pakistan

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) and Mercantile have announced a strategic partnership to expand access to official Apple products for businesses in Pakistan.

Under the agreement, JBS will become Mercantile’s Preferred Partner for Enterprise in Pakistan. JBS will add Apple products to its existing technology portfolio.

The partnership will expand JBS’s offering beyond data centres and IT infrastructure. It will also cover workplace and handheld devices used by businesses.

The companies said the collaboration will give Pakistani organisations a structured way to adopt, manage and support Apple technology within their existing IT environments.

Apple Enterprise Technology and Support

JBS will support customers beyond the initial purchase. Its services will cover deployment, device management, ongoing support and the wider lifecycle of Apple devices.

The partnership also expands JBS’s portfolio into handheld devices. This will connect everyday devices with the wider technology infrastructure used by organisations.

The offering will include support for Apple Business, Automated Device Enrolment and Managed Apple Accounts.

Customers will also receive device management guidance. Warranty and after-sales services will be available through Mercantile and Mercantile Care.

The companies said an authorised ecosystem can provide greater assurance around product authenticity, warranty coverage, deployment and after-sales support.

These services are particularly relevant for organisations adopting technology across large workforces.

JBS Links Apple Ecosystem With Enterprise Infrastructure

Veqar ul Islam, CEO of JBS, said the partnership will expand the company’s technology offering from infrastructure to everyday business devices.

“As AI data centers continue to evolve and intelligence moves closer to everyday devices, JBS is completing its compute story,” he said.

Islam said AI-focused organisations need secure infrastructure, managed endpoints, trained employees and controlled access to technology.

He added that the Apple ecosystem will complement JBS’s existing Windows platform capabilities.

The expanded portfolio will cover infrastructure, enterprise applications and AI-driven solutions, according to JBS.

The company said connecting devices, infrastructure and AI capabilities can help organisations develop their digital technology environments.

Mercantile Expands Enterprise Apple Access

Nauman Durrani, CEO Pakistan and SVP SAGE at Mercantile, said the company remains focused on authorised access and service support for Apple products in Pakistan.

“Mercantile is committed to strengthening authorized access, service confidence, and enterprise adoption of Apple products in Pakistan,” Durrani said.

He said the partnership combines Mercantile’s authorised Apple ecosystem with JBS’s experience in complex enterprise technology environments.

The companies expect the arrangement to give businesses a more structured route to adopting Apple technology at scale.

Partnership Targets Pakistan’s Digital Economy

JBS and Mercantile said Pakistani businesses need access to modern workplace technology as the country’s digital economy develops.

The companies cited Pakistan’s IT exports at around $4.6 billion.

They said access to modern workplace and handheld devices can support productivity and wider digital adoption.

The partnership will bring Apple devices into an enterprise technology portfolio that also includes infrastructure and other business systems.

JBS said the expanded ecosystem will help it support customers across a broader range of technology requirements.
