Karachi’s business and diplomatic community gathered at Mundia House to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day in a spirit of patriotism and unity. Prominent businessmen Abdul Basit Muhammad Ilyas Mundia and Muhammad Junaid Muhammad Ilyas Mundia hosted the reception on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

The event brought together diplomats, politicians, industrialists, business leaders and prominent members of Karachi’s social circles. Guests celebrated Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day and shared messages of national unity and progress.
