Globe Residency REIT (GRR), South Asia’s first listed developmental REIT, has announced a cash dividend of PKR 4.00 per unit, or 40%, for the financial year ended June 30, 2026. The Pakistan Stock Exchange also recorded the 40% final dividend announcement on August 20.
The latest payout marks GRR’s fourth consecutive annual dividend since its listing. The REIT paid PKR 3.50 per unit in FY2025, PKR 1.75 in FY2024 and PKR 3.00 in FY2023.
GRR listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in December 2022 at an offer price of PKR 10 per unit. The listing made it Pakistan’s first listed developmental REIT.
The REIT’s underlying project, Globe Residency Apartments, comprises nine residential towers in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi.

GRR also reported a 7% increase in profit after tax to PKR 578.18 million for FY26, compared with PKR 539.23 million in the previous financial year. Earnings per unit rose to PKR 4.13 from PKR 3.85.
The latest dividend takes GRR’s total distributions since listing to PKR 12.25 per unit, according to market data.
